Mr. Filippov is an expert in payments technology and has over 9 years of experience in the prepaid and payments industries. Prior to co-founding Radnology, he served as CTO of both PayPartners, an issuer of MasterCard payroll cards, and iKobo, a global online payments service and issuer of Visa prepaid cards. Mr. Filippov earned a B.S. in Physics, summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas with minors in Computer Science and Math. His specific areas of expertise include:
Ruth Bekuray-Coleman: Partner
Ms. Coleman has over 8 years experience in the prepaid industry. She was most recently Director of Operations at PayPartners (www.paypartners.com) where she led the development of the internal card operations, customer support and employer support departments. From 2002 through 2008 Ms. Coleman was the Operations Manager for iKobo, Inc. (www.ikobo.com). Under her direction the company was able to support card distribution and cardholder support across over 120 countries. Prior to iKobo, Ms. Coleman gained extensive marketing experience as a Marketing Analyst at Nielsen Media Research. Ms. Coleman holds a B.A. in Business and Marketing from the College of Charleston. Anthony Carter, CISSP: Principal Consultant - Technology and Information Security
Mr. Carter has over 21 years of IT experience with 14 years specializing in information security. Anthony has delivered security services for Fortune 100 clients across several industries. He has extensive experience in network and application security as well as the full design, life cycle, development, and implementation of enterprise software systems. Mr. Carter was CEO of Xtreme Security where he provided information security strategy and technology consulting to businesses of all sizes. His professional career includes working at Sprint as a Network Operations and Security Specialist, the United States Air Force where his responsibilities included implementing and performing quality control on secure networks, and information security and technology positions at Coca Cola, Tennessee Valley Authority, Turner Broadcasting and Bellsouth. Mr. Carter is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and serves on the board of Metro Atlanta's Information Security Systems Association. Thomas Khal: Principal Consultant - Prepaid Strategy and Operations
Mr. Khal's career includes over 22 years of senior level responsibility within the financial services and card payment industries. His professional career includes serving as President an of Hypertech Caribbean Consultancy, Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Card Business at Cayman National Corporation, Assistant General Manager at Republic Bank, Card Business Manager at Republic Bank and Computer Operations Manager at Republic Bank. He has served as Board Director for the Trinidad and Tobago Hotel and Tourism Association and chaired the Cayman Islands VISA / MasterCard / Member Banks Bankcard Fraud Prevention Task Force. Thomas has also been involved with numerous professional associations and industry groups including the VISA Latin America and Caribbean Marketing Committee; VISA Latin America and Caribbean Board Advisory Group, MasterCard Latin America and Caribbean Marketing Task Force and the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI) Caribbean Chapter. Mr. Khal holds a Computer Operations Management Diploma from Hoskyns College, United Kingdom; and a Diploma in Management Effectiveness from the American Management Association and Trinidad Institute of Management and Labor Relations.
